Fredrick R. Hyde-Chambers OBE is an Executive Chairman of Enterprise and Parliamentary Dialogue International. He has more than 30 years of experience of working with Parliaments. He developed the first Business and Parliament Dialogue Centre in the Westminster Parliament, the Industry and Parliament Trust (IPT), which is now an established resource for both Houses of Parliament and senior officers. With his active participation similar Dialogue Centres were established in sixteen countries, ranging from New Zealand and Finland to Moldova and Georgia. In 2003 FRHC has received the OBE for his services to Parliament and the business community.
